Role Summary
As a Volunteer Junior IT Support & Digital Systems Assistant, you will support CARF’s technical operations, assist in maintaining our digital tools, and help improve our internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop practical skills in IT, troubleshooting, and digital management within a nonprofit environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with basic computer setup and troubleshooting
• Support website updates and basic maintenance (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
• Help manage email systems and cloud storage (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive)
• Maintain security and organization of digital files
• Provide basic tech support to staff and volunteers
• Assist in data entry and digital record organization
• Support implementation of new tools or platforms
